  • 1 3/8 oz shochu
  • ¾ oz. Suntory Toki Whisky
  • 1 oz Passion Fruit Cordial
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Smoked paprika (for garnish)

Passion Fruit Cordial Ingredients:

  • 17 ½ oz fruit puree
  • 3 ½ oz fructose
  • 7 oz caster (superfine) sugar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients for the Passion Fruit Cordial in a mason jar and stir until the fructose and sugar have dissolved. (Use immediately or store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for one month.)
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker containing no ice and dry shake for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill the cocktail shaker two-thirds of the way with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
  4. Fill a Collins glass with ice and strain the cocktail over it.
  5. Garnish with the paprika and enjoy.
