Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 6 oz water
- 1 lemon wheel (garnish)
Directions:
- Squeeze two lemons' worth of juice into your Mason jar and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar has mostly dissolved. Add your desired amount of ice.
- Rub one of the mint leaves around the rim of the jar. Tear all of the leaves in half and add them to the jar, on top of the ice.
- Add the silver tequila, then top off with the water. Stir until completely mixed. Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
As with all lemonade, if you want it to be sweeter, add more sugar. If you want it to be more sour, add more lemon juice. Reconfigure the proportions until it makes you happy!
